Do I need a diagnostic visit or can you quote from the phone?
Describe the symptoms and you will often get a preliminary read on the phone, but firm prices come from instrument diagnosis on site. That is what keeps the number quoted the number charged.
Which services count as emergencies?
No-cool in a heat wave, no-heat in a cold snap, refrigerant leaks, electrical faults, and water where it should not be. The emergency line answers 24/7 and after-hours terms get stated plainly before a truck rolls.

What is the difference between your inspections and a tune-up?
A tune-up maintains a system you own. The dedicated inspections exist for decision points: a build in progress, a purchase during an option period, or a builder warranty about to expire. Different paperwork, same instruments.
What brands do you work on?
