Four counties, thirty-four communities, one truck that answers

The truck is based in Midlothian and works the southern side of the DFW metro: all of Ellis County’s growth corridor, the Johnson County towns along I-35W, the established suburbs of southern Dallas County, and southeast Tarrant. If your address is in the circle, you are regular territory: repairs, installs, maintenance, inspections, and 24/7 emergencies.

Where the deadlines live

This corner of the metro is one of the fastest-building in Texas, which means it is dense with exactly the deadlines we inspect against: new construction going up in Midlothian, Waxahachie, Mansfield, and Burleson; homes changing hands in Cedar Hill, DeSoto, and Arlington; and two-year builder warranties quietly expiring in every subdivision platted since the boom started.

Drive time matters on option periods and warranty dates, so we keep the radius honest at about 25 miles. Inside it, scheduling is fast and the trip charge is nothing, because there isn’t one.

Not sure you are in the circle? Call (214) 717-3959 with your address. Edge cases usually work out.

Area questions

See what these visits find in the gallery, or go straight to booking a visit.

I’m just outside the 25 miles. Will you still come?

Often, yes. The radius is about keeping option-period scheduling reliable, not about turning down work at mile 27. Call with the address and we will tell you straight.

Do you charge for travel inside the area?

No. The quoted inspection price is the whole price anywhere inside the service area.

Which cities see the most new-construction inspections?

Midlothian, Waxahachie, Mansfield, and Burleson, which is where the production builders are busiest right now. Red Oak, Venus, and Joshua are close behind.

Can you inspect a home in central Dallas or Fort Worth?

The northern halves of both cities stretch past our radius. South of I-30 is usually workable. Call and we will check the drive honestly before committing to your deadline.

Same-day visits?

Sometimes, if the schedule and the address cooperate. Same-week is the realistic promise, with option periods and warranty deadlines getting first claim on the calendar.

If the address is in the circle, the deadline is beatable.
