What happens after you reach out
First, a short call. You describe the house, the systems, and the deadline; we quote the flat price and take a slot on the calendar, prioritized by whichever clock you are racing. For new construction we can coordinate access with your builder’s superintendent directly, and for purchases we schedule through your agent the same way your general inspector did.
Then the visit, typically one to two hours depending on the home and system count. You are welcome to be there, and honestly it is better if you are: the walkthrough explanation is half the value. The written report with photos and measurements follows the same day in most cases, and if something urgent turns up, you hear it in person before we leave the driveway.
